Atlas, as a subconsultant, recently completed the Phase II Structural engineering design which consists of final contract plans, specifications, and estimates for the 28 span, 4,193-foot long, tied-arch bridge. Atlas’s responsibilities included: preparation of plans for pier repairs, design and detailing of new elastomeric bearings, pier pedestal rehabilitation for new elastomeric bearings for eight piers, bridge approach slabs, and screed plan, elevations, and details.
