Janice Pang, P.E. is a professional engineer who has been licensed for over 20 years. She has extensive experience in Phase I and Phase II design, as Project Manager on state, county, and municipal projects. Her areas of expertise include interstate interchange modification, Phase II interstate rehabilitation, Phase II local road improvements, Phase I Environmental Impact Statement, and Phase I Environmental Assessment. Janice is skilled in geometry and drainage design, geographic information system (GIS) analysis, safety analysis, traffic analysis, and public involvement.
Her project experience includes plan and profile design, intersection design studies, storm sewer system design, preparation of plans for summary of quantities (PS&E), roadway typical sections, maintenance of traffic, erosion control, pavement marking, Highway Safety Manual (HSM) analysis, and Freeway and Interchange Safety Evaluation using the Enhanced Interchange Analysis Tool, ISATe. Additionally, she has performed quantity calculations, provided utility coordination, and developed specifications and project estimates.
