Transportation Manager
Robert is a Transportation Manager for Atlas, responsible for all PS&E development on Transportation and Civil projects. His diverse experience in managing civil transportation projects ranging from urban interstate reconstruction to rural culvert replacements makes him ideal for this position. His experience includes projects for IDOT, Illinois Tollway, O’Hare Airport, CTA, Michigan DOT, Ohio DOT, CalTrans, and LaGuardia Airport. His broad technical responsibilities have ranged from direction of preliminary planning to final design plans, specifications, cost estimates and contract documents. His assignments as program manager, project manager and principal designer have provided him with a strong background in the preparation of corridor and feasibility studies, EAs, combined location/design reports, site development, drainage analysis, capacity analysis, alignment studies, intersection design, contract plans and right-of-way documents on transportation projects.
Robert has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Valparaiso University. He is a Professional Engineer in the States of Illinois and Michigan.
