Zia is Atlas’ Vice President of Construction, Surveying and Traffic Data Collection.

Zia has over 23 years of experience in design management and construction management on a wide range of projects specifically, Roadway projects, Brownfield Redevelopment, Mixed Use Development, Residential Subdivisions, and Large Commercial projects from inception to completion. Zia has led several high-profile commercial and governmental projects overseas, some with a construction value of over $200,000,000.

Zia holds a Master of Science in Construction Engineering and Management from Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology, Pakistan. He is a certified Project Management Professional.
