AEG was the CM on this project located at the Illinois Tollway Central Administration Building.  The scope of work included:

• Removal of architectural concrete elements, canopy, curb, pavement, stairs and landscaping.
• Installation of concrete retaining walls, stairs, ADA compliant entry ramp and canopy.
• Installation of ice melt system in ramp, walkway and gutter heat trace at canopy.
• Construction of ADA compliant parking.
• Pavement resurfacing in front of the north entrance
• Landscape installation.
