Collection of approximately 8,700 24-hour field traffic counts in IDOT District One and District Two (PTB 169-047) by utilizing magnetic lane counters (HiStar NC300), conducting detailed QA/QC and submitting the raw traffic data to the department’s district project manager for processing.
