Design

AEG provided engineering design services for the removal of an existing triple cell box culvert. AEG’s responsibilities included the preparation of drainage engineering design, scour analyses, drainage report revisions, 404 Permit Application, Floodway permit Application, bridge drainage and utility plans, specifications, and cost estimates. AEG performed HEC-RAS modeling including alternatives for future MWRD improvements involving dredging and the lowering of Addison Creek streambed by two feet for the change in structure type and prepared a Technical Memorandum of the detailed hydraulic engineering analyses for the proposed improvements.
