AEG was the CM on this project located at the IL Tollway M-3 Maintenance Building and R&S Building in Park Ridge; Plaza 32 O’Hare East Building and Plaza 31 O’Hare West Building in Schiller Park; and Plaza 47 Halsted Building in East Hazel Crest. The scope of work included:

• Reinstallation and replacement of gutters, downspouts, edging, flashing, covers, snow guards, vents, flue, fans, curbs, caps, and associated peripheral roofing items.

• Removal and installation of an existing roofing membrane of an ethylene-propylene-diene-monomer (EPDM) membrane.
